Xi Zeta Zeta Chapter is based on the four principles on which Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. was founded:

• Finer Womanhood
  
• Sisterly Love
  
• Scholarship
  
• Community Service

Using these principles, we continue to serve our community by:

• Awarding scholarships to high school seniors in the Silicon Valley for the pursuit of higher education,
• Working with the March of Dimes and Stork's Nest to provide clothing and support to young mothers and their families.
• Hosting our annual Finer Womanhood Luncheon to present and raise money for our scholarship program.
• Hosting various fundraising events, such as our annual Fish Fry and Thanksgiving Opportunity.

Our Community Service program is part of our Educational Foundation by which Xi Zeta Zeta Chapter conducts community service programs through Z-Hope and Stork's nest in the education of our community.
